🚫 All Sales Are Final on Opened Products
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products. This ensures the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.
✅ Returns on Unopened Items
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
